This policy explains what ArcadeIT does with data. It is written to be read, not to be survived — if anything here is unclear, email the address at the bottom and I will explain it properly.
The short version. ArcadeIT has no accounts and no sign-in. Your character, coins, tickets and trophies are saved on your own device and are never sent anywhere. The app does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos, or location.
The one exception is advertising: ArcadeIT shows ads supplied by Google AdMob, and Google receives information about your device in order to serve them. You can turn off personalised advertising, and you can remove ads entirely with a one-off purchase.
ArcadeIT is published by Mark Heath, an individual developer based in the United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK GDPR I am the data controller for anything described in this policy. Contact details are at the bottom of the page.
The app keeps one save file in its own private storage area on your iPhone. It holds:
This file never leaves your device. It is not backed up to any server I control, it is not shared with me, and I have no way to read it. If your iPhone is set to back up to iCloud, Apple may include it in that backup under Apple's own terms.
To delete all of it, delete the app. There is also a Reset Save button inside the game's settings if you want to start again without uninstalling.
ArcadeIT is free and is paid for by advertising. Ads are supplied by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google collects and processes information about your device, which may include:
Google acts as an independent controller of that data. What they do with it is governed by their own policies:
App Tracking Transparency. The first time you play, iOS asks whether ArcadeIT may track you across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, no IDFA is shared and you will see non-personalised ads instead. The game plays exactly the same either way. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Consent (UK and EEA). If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, you are shown a consent form before any personalised advertising happens, and you can decline or manage individual purposes. You can reopen that form at any time from the game's settings.
Ad content. ArcadeIT requests general-audience ads only — the strictest content rating Google offers — and blocks categories including gambling, alcohol, dating and weight loss. This is not perfect, and if you ever see an ad that seems wrong for the game, please email me with a screenshot and I will block that advertiser.
Removing ads. The Arcade Pass is a one-off in-app purchase that removes all advertising permanently. With the Pass, no ads are requested at all and the advertising SDK is not started.
The Arcade Pass is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple handles the entire transaction. I never see and never receive your card number, billing address, Apple Account email, or any other payment detail. All I receive from Apple is a confirmation that a purchase for this app was made, and aggregate sales reporting that does not identify individual buyers.
Apple's handling of your payment data is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.
ArcadeIT is a general-audience game. It is not directed at children under 13 and is not part of Apple's Kids Category, and I do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, please contact me and I will look into it. In practice the app collects nothing that identifies anyone, so there is very little that could be provided — but the offer stands.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
Because I hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for me to send you or delete — the honest answer to a request would be "there is no file". For data held by Google in connection with advertising, please use the controls in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, the in-game consent form, and Google's own tools linked above.
If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top will change and the new version will be published here before the change takes effect in the app.
